These terms apply when you use kissaekundan.com or place an order with Kissa-e-Kundan, Aminpur Bazar, Clock Tower, Faisalabad, Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are representative: stone arrangement, stone count and packaging may differ slightly from the image. Availability depends on stock.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees. The delivery charge and your total are shown at checkout before you place your order. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, if we cannot confirm a cash on delivery order, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, Easypaisa and JazzCash. Cash on delivery orders need an advance by Easypaisa or JazzCash to be confirmed (Rs 300 on orders under Rs 3,500 and Rs 500 on orders of Rs 3,500 or more); the advance is part of your total and is refunded if you cancel before dispatch, but not after dispatch, including when a parcel is refused. Cash on delivery orders without an advance are cancelled after 24 hours. Orders paid in full by transfer are held for 72 hours and are cancelled automatically if we do not receive the transfer details in that time.

We deliver within Pakistan. See Shipping & delivery for charges and usual delivery times. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms. It does not affect any rights you have under the law.

Your account

Please keep your login details safe and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Website content

The Kissa-e-Kundan name, logo, images and text belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
